Her areas of expertise include: executive development, competency assessment, facilitation and training, and leadership coaching. Melanie works within all sectors with an emphasis on private sector industries such as media, retail, financial services, consumer goods and education. As Managing Director, Jennifer leads the overall management and operations of the Toronto office. She works closely with the Executive Team to define the company’s strategic direction. Jennifer is focused on continuous improvement and a desire for best practice. She assesses and delivers a truly integrated business strategy and fosters an atmosphere of continuous learning by providing her team guidance, accountability, and opportunities for growth and development.
As a career/leadership coach, Jennifer works in partnership with individuals to effectively manage their career through leadership assessment, development planning and coaching. She also provides career transition support to individuals by developing job search strategies and keeping them current with market trends, leading edge techniques and technology.
