Two well-regarded and long-standing financial services firms in a major metropolitan area were acquired by the same parent company that immediately needed to streamline operations and restructure their new, combined organization.
Challenge
CPI's Response
Within 30 days, an off-site career centre was created and up and running. This included all handouts and printed materials. CPI managed all details including training for the client notifiers, all staffing for day of notification counseling at all locations and the development customized programs to be delivered nationally.
Results
The project, which lasted more than 18 months, was successful on two fronts: helping the client achieve the reputation of a company that cared about its employees and assisting the employee with assessing their skills and really thinking about what their next career move would be. A win-win.
