As a career consultant, Jennifer assists individuals by working in partnership to effectively manage their transition and to identify and develop appropriate career and life goals. She successfully helps individuals develop job search strategies and to keeping current with market trends and leading edge techniques and technology.

Jennifer has assisted individuals at varying levels from many sectors including banking, manufacturing, sales and marketing, retail, information technology, consulting and the public sector to name a few. This has been accomplished through investing in people programs, one-on-one counselling and the facilitation of workshops covering all aspects of job search, transition and career development.

Among other activities, she creates promotional material for those in job transition as well as marketing material for those wishing to start their own business. Clients are always pleased with her web designs and marketing materials (business cards, flyers, brochures, resumes, cover letters and more).

As the Toronto office's General Manager Jennifer is focused on continuous improvement and a desire for best practice. She assesses and delivers a truly integrated business strategy and fosters an atmosphere of continuous learning by providing team members with guidance, accountability, and opportunities for growth and development.

Jennifer has personally managed leadership assessment programs involving the Town of Whitby, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services. Clients rave about her upbeat personality, calm disposition and ability to keep projects running on track and on time.

She is a fully certified 20/20 Insight Gold Administrator and has received her certificate for Design in Web and Print.

Prior to joining CP/H&A she worked at a training company, IWCC Training in Communications, as their Project Manager and Program Design Specialist. She is a graduate of Brock University where she majored in biochemical science and minored in mathematics. She is equally as skilful working computer systems as she is managing people and issues.
