In May of 2003, CPI/H&A welcomed the newest member of it's Service Excellence Team. Heather Sullivan's superior customer service skills and ability to multi-task has earned her the title of Client Care Associate.

Heather is part of a team of five support staff, who make it their goal to not only meet, but exceed, client expectations. She personally coordinates the administrative logistics and report production for all Teambuilding workshops using The Forte Institute's Interpersonal Communication Survey. Heather has been integral to the success of workshops designed for CIBC, the Ontario Energy Board, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Legal Aid, Royal St. George's College, Simon & Schuster Canada and the Management Board Secretariat.

Heather is CPI/H&A’s first point of contact and our clients describe her as being “very professional, courteous and friendly“. Although Heather’s first priority has always been customer service, her obvious creativity and initiative has expanded her role at the front desk to include page and presentation design.

Prior to joining CPI/H&A Heather worked at TD Waterhouse, as a customer service representative and administrator. Heather is a graduate of York University where she majored in Fine Arts, Visual Arts with honours.
